Information you share

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and package, subject and message. Please share only the information needed to discuss your project, and avoid sensitive personal information.

How we use enquiries

We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss project requirements and communicate about agreed work. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. No visitor confirmation email is sent automatically.

Email and service providers

Enquiries are sent to our internal inbox using Resend. The site is intended to be hosted on Vercel. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it outside Sri Lanka. Our configured email provider also stores correspondence.

To be confirmed: Confirm provider arrangements, applicable transfer requirements and the company’s responsible privacy contact.

Abuse prevention

The form uses server-side validation, a honeypot and shared Redis rate limiting. A keyed hash of the connection IP is used for short-lived rate-limit records; the rate-limit store does not contain your message. Delivery errors are logged without submitted personal information. Hosting providers may separately process technical request logs.

YouTube and external links

YouTube players load only when you choose to play a video. Playback uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain, but interacting with the player still connects you to Google/YouTube and their policies apply. WhatsApp and other external links open third-party services governed by their own policies.

Analytics and cookies

This version does not install analytics or advertising trackers. It does not contact YouTube before you request playback. Third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with them. This policy must be updated before analytics or additional tracking is enabled.

Retention and your requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied. We will review requests against applicable obligations and information needed for active work.
