Enquiries and project scope

Submitting an enquiry or choosing a package opens a conversation; it does not itself create a confirmed order. We confirm scope, deliverables, schedule, price and acceptance arrangements with you before production. Requirements outside a published package are individually quoted.

Client-supplied materials

You are responsible for having permission to use the text, images, trademarks, likenesses, voices and other materials you supply. Please provide accurate, approved content and disclose any restrictions. Voice cloning and use of an identifiable likeness require appropriate authorization.

AI-assisted production

DevoMotion combines AI tools with human creative direction, design and editing. AI output can contain limitations or inconsistencies and is reviewed and refined as part of the production process. The agreed brief defines the expected deliverable; AI output is not a guarantee of exclusivity or a particular business result.

Packages and revisions

Launch 30 includes one revision; Motion 60 and Story 180 include two. Each standard video package includes one AI voice, 1080p output and one aspect ratio within its stated scene and duration limits. Design Essential includes one revision and Design + Source includes two. Extra revisions or changes to approved scope may require a separate quotation.

Pricing and payments

Published AI-video, presenter-video and promotional-design package prices are in LKR and cover their listed standard scope. Presenter-video base prices exclude editing unless the LKR 5,000 editing add-on is selected. Extra languages, sizes, aspect ratios, concepts, locations, reshoots, licensed assets, advanced compositing, complex requirements and urgent delivery may incur additional costs. Payment arrangements must be agreed before work starts.

Review and delivery

We confirm the production schedule and final output formats in your quotation. Delays in receiving assets, feedback or approvals may affect delivery. Editable PSD or AI files are included only with Design + Source; other source files require prior agreement. Third-party fonts and assets remain subject to their licences.

Intellectual property and usage

Usage rights for final deliverables, source files and supplied materials must be confirmed in the project agreement. Stock media, music, fonts and AI services may carry separate license restrictions. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and permitted use of claims or materials they provide.

Portfolio permission

We display client projects in our portfolio only when permission has been granted. A public or unlisted YouTube link alone does not establish permission to publish it on this website. Confidentiality or display restrictions should be included in the project brief.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, YouTube and email providers operate under their own terms. Their availability and functionality are outside DevoMotion’s direct control. Contact us by phone or email if a website integration is unavailable.

Company-specific legal terms

These website terms are a draft and do not invent company registration information or jurisdiction-specific legal guarantees.
